Some advice on model release needed please

I need some advice on model release, basically i want to know how i go about getting peoples permission to put there photos on my website IE wedding photos, portraits etc, i know they have to sign something like a model release form to give me certain rights over there photos (well at least i think thats what it is) so can someone please tell me where i get such a document, do i type it up myself or is there some more official document, and if so where do i get it from and how much does it cost, many thanks in advance

If you take the image you already have rights over it, you only need the model release if you intend to sell the images commercially. There's no one individual document, but the Getty UK Adult Model release is a good place to start

Dont like that one - it implies you got to pay the model something for permission to use the image
