Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of having a go at trying to clone out or in some other way remove the roll of fat overhanging this girls dress, sorry if that sounds a bit blunt but hey it's what I'm trying to do lol.

What's the best way to go about trying it? I'm using LR3 and PS CS4 btw,

Thanks in advance to anyone who has some suggestions for me,

Paul.

I would use CS's Clone Tool to continue the top line of the dress over to the right. When that looks good, I'd remove the fold in the skin that goes up and to the left from the top of the dress.

The posed hand really detracts anyway, so I'd crop all of the bottom part of the shot out, (from just above her hand)...........

That's pretty much what I was planning on doing, thought I'd check there wasn't an easier/better/quicker way of doing it before I made a start though

This is actually the nest shot I took not cropped from the pic in my OP - I guess it's each to their own but I personally think this lacks something as a straight out head shot, and to me this one makes the girls size seem a lot more obvious too.

I guess far more importantly than both our opinions is the fact that she picked the one in my OP over this one too lol
