Well, my best return yet.

Sold 8 images exclusively to Bristol Rugby for next weeks programme as the freelancer who covered the Bayonne game. They have had GOGW stuff for the site etc.

Also out of the blue a French paper called and bought four images from the game - all of French players. (note to the budding sport togs - shoot stock when the ball is out, players, coaching staff, capture off the ball when too far away and remember to shoot in one shot over AI Servo for perfect sharp stills - but go back to AI Servo on your relevant body when ball is moving)

Mad that I have now sold six images to newspapers/magazines of which I will never see, but get the reward.

Pleased as punch and my biggest return since going 'semi pro' and made up for missing the print run on bristol's biggest daily, 'the evening crap.'

Congratulations, and richly deserved. Sounds like your on your way towards a career based entirely on photography. Your photos are always brilliant and an inspiration so not much else to be said really.

Wohoo! nice one! Has that French paper got a website? might be able to see the pics on there (or maybe even order a copy of the paper)
 
well done, would it be a good idea to ask the publications that buy your images for a copy of the magazine/paper/book containing the article, that way you get to see it in print which is good for scratch books etc


just sneak it into your T+C's on your invoice etc.
