So what do you have to do to get 14 years for causing death by dangerous driving

I find this utterly unbelievable

A guy drives at 120mph, making phone calls, drunk and masturbating as he drove, hits another car from behind killing a father and son and injuring a wife and mother.

He gets found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving on 2 counts and gets 8 years which means he can apply for parole after 4, the judge didn't even add anything on for being drunk and masturbating while driving

I can't think of a case much worse than this, what do you have to do to get 14 years which is the maximum sentence, back up and run them over again to make sure they're dead :shake:

Oh he also threatened to have a cashier at a petrol station killed, nice

if you get sent down for being a winker then BMW/Audi drivers should get automatic entry into jail :)

(OK it was an obvious joke, but i wanted to get in before anyone else)
 
perhaps bring back the death sentance, hang him then flog him then what was the last thing they used to do hang him till he was dead then they flogg him till he dies, then they do something else till he dies a third time. but it does show men canot multi task.
 
Mind you Dwayne Ayres only got 2.5 years (and was let out early) for causing two deaths by dangerous driving whilst on drugs.

Bet you he wishes he had been sent down for life :thumbs:
