You've been asked to be at the finish line of a popular race, with a wide funnel to "suck" in the athletes as they complete their half-marathon race. What settings would you use (Nikon D7000), in regard to focus mode? I'm fine with speed, aperture etc. If there are 4 or 5 runners coming in together, would it focus on the nearest body to the camera? I used AF-C mode last Sunday but tired after 4 hrs of shooting around the course and then at the finish line. I know, read the manual.
