So hungry.....

back in about 1997 myself and best mate were in holland.. popped to the supermarket and bought some paarderookvleis.....we soon worked out that rookvleis = smoked / cured meat... wondering for 30 secs as to what the paadre bit was about.. then went back and bought a load more. Was lovely.

i always have it as my mane course

You only have to hope they have more stable suppliers. I fear this could bring the end to Tesco's hayday. They really need to take the reins and sort this tail out.

Meh, eating processed meat will always have its Epsom Downs.

As a lower fat alternative you could take the cheese out and replace it with FILLY !

They are lovely with a glass of red rum

I canter believe all these puns, the Mods should hoof this thread out. Oh well back to the Mane page.

None of this affects me, my nearest Tesco store is over 5 furlongs away....

He's hoping the suppliers get saddled with some penalties (....groan)

It's often said that supermarket meat is cheap and a bit pony.

Tescos latest bestseller - The Canterburger Tails.

Can Tesco's really get saddled with the blame?

I had one of the burgers last evening for my supper

it gave me nightmares..........

A Tesco spokesman said "They're totally shocked as they didn't realise there was any meat in their burgers"

Just seen these on sale at Old Trafford.......

£4.50 for a Manure burger

(just for jokeScrivens)

Tesco's meat is always a bit crap but this takes the seabiscuit. Neigh way i'm i going to eat one of these burgers!

Just been to buy some at the local Tesco but they have fetlocked all the freezers.

New range just out................ Hindquarter pounders

I was gonna write some Tesco horse puns but hay, i think I'll bale. They would probably get voted down and wouldn't be there furlong.

Hilarious thread

:lol::lol::lol:

Im glad I don't eat their burgers, I'll stick to the steak and kidney piebalds

Joe, apparently horsemeat accounted for approximately 29% of the meat content in one sample from Tesco

Yes, a tesco spokesmane was said to be shocked - hang on that one's already been done.

Maybe we should do a gallop poll to find out who buys the burgers

Nice with a drop of red rum and fast food is great for eating on the hoof.

The wedding I shot last weekend had horse burgers for their meal.....the Bridle & Groom loved it

I don't like junk food, even more reason not to eat it now. I'll gallop off and eat something healthier. Next they be making badger or fox burgers :puke:

At least they came out on top at the Budget Taste Test...they won by a short head.
