I am still checking Google maps trying to establish exactly which house you live in....don't want to break into a neighbors by mistake - it would be a sad waste of my time to take the trouble and not find any of your delicious food around! I'll bring my own beer! ;):lol:

Now, that squirrel, what a cutie, looking right at you, what a pose and his feet just look so big! He's lovely and you got a great shot of him! :)

Talking about that squirrel.....Video test....video of the offending rodent, and testing the video quality of the D7000....obviously my operation as a video cameraman leaves a lot to be desired :D

Ok, so tonights shot is a filler shot, due to lack of time today and needing to get to bed for an early start tomorrow.

Quick trip to Asda earlier, and always one for a bargain.......just inside the store 2 huuuge boxes of 15 cans of diet coke for a fiver!!!!!!! Don't mind if I do.

Love the photo, love the deal (will have to do a major detour to take advantage of that) - good focus on that middle one and just enough slight OOF on the others to make a cracking shot......slightly worried as to where you are storing your food now, though! :)

Not sure if fat coke is on offer matey. Only saw the diet coke as it was on a huuuge pallet as I walked in. Deffo a one shelf fridge filler too :D

Yuk, don't like diet or full fat coke at all - but the DOF works very well here :thumbs:
 
Nice work since my last visit, I really like the selective colour stop, the focus on the great and it's overall looks is great :clap: and finally love the beer shot but would have been improved with a clean glass ;)
 
So time for a quick catch up again, thanks to a busy couple of days.

Firstly Day 58 (yesterday)....went to work knowing that Peter Kay would be in Stockport filming a video for Comic Relief.....so with gear in back of car and looking forward to a 3pm finish off I set. After working from 6am in the morning, finally got in position ready for the film crew to arrive along with Peter Kay on a mechanical sofa.....and joined the huge crowd that turned up, along with quite a few press photographers.....lol at one point I did feel as though I'd gone over to the dark side and become a pap :nono:.

So eventually they all came down, and inbetween takes captured this of Peter Kay picking his own red nose infront of rather a large crowd...

Now to Day 59 (today)...and a tiring day looking after my 2 and a half nephew...keeping him occupied etc....so decided to take him to see the planes at the viewing park at Manchester Airport....as we arrived at the park he was fast asleep in his chair....luckily mother also came along for the ride so while she sat with him off I went to capture this.....the huuuuuge Emirates Airbus A380...how the heck this gets off the ground is unbelievable as it's bloomin' massive...

Right firstly apologies for not getting round to other 365's over last couple of days.....this afternoon and evening was originally set aside for doing just that.....until a local model got in touch for a shoot as she was let down last minute by a tog.

Needless to say that today's POTD will be taken from this afternoon's/evening's shoot, but as I've not long since finished...and it's been a bloomin' long day (in work just after 6 this morning), I will have to upload it tomorrow, along with tomorrow's shot, and catching up with others tomorrow evening alongside a nice glass of red.

Day 60 Taste The Rainbow

After a long day at work, I came home and answered a mercy call from a damsel in distress....a local model who'd been let down at the last minute by another tog...so spent the rest of the afternoon & evening doing a shoot with this colourful lady...

Catching up on a few threads some great shots in here. The squirrel shot is cute & the video funny - we used to spend our lunch breaks watching reds raid the bird feeders outside the kitchen window (I worked in a forest park).
