Smart filters - advice please

I was watching a demo last night, and the guy was using smart filters. He created his smart filter through the filter panel, then he returned to the panel and chose the Camera Raw Filter to work on the layer. He was using the cloud version. I'm on CS6 and my filter menu doesn't have the Camera Raw Filter showing.

Does anyone know where to find this in CS6, or alternatively how can I work in RAW on a single layer?
