Hi,I'm looking for advice for the smallest bag I can get that will house a FF body with a 24-70 f2.8 attached, don't want it to take anything else!
I have a small bag that takes a DX body and 17-50 f2.8 but is just slightly too small to get the FF in.

LowePro Flipside 200. As backpacks go, this is tiny but good enough. I keep a gripped D750 in mine with the 16-35mm f/4 VR attached (which is about the same size as a 24-70mm f/2.8).

It's got a bit of spare space in it for accessories but it's still very small and light. Mine gets used exclusively as my 'landscape bag'. :)

Thanks,I'll take a look,I've got a D750 not gripped.
I'm not using my camera as much as I should as my other bags take body and multiple lenses, but most of my photography now is limited to days out with the family!

Have a look at messenger style bags too - could be smaller

The Lowepro Messenger works for my Canon 1Ds with the 50mm fitted plus one other lens (up to the 70~200 f2.8).

Think-tank Urban Approach 10.

It's meant to be for mirrorles but it fits D750 with 24-70 perfectly with body and lens sitting length ways. Just enough room to fit a 50mm or strap/small extras too.

Cheers everyone,I've got the top loader 45,didn't realise they did them bigger.
Might get the 55,could encourage me to use the 70-200 a bit more!
Always fancied a Billingham but think a Hadley Pro would be a bit big for what I'm after,as I like taking the D7000 with the 17-50 on,in the 45 AW,just miss using the D750.

I use a think tank holster if I just want to take a small lens and body, but, it looks like a camera if that's of importance. Failing that, you can never have enough bags, they're addictive and so I have a fair collection for every eventuality.

My next bag will be number 5,so I know what you mean![emoji3]
