I know, pick any two of those but can anyone recommend a small, light and ideally sub £60 tripod head. I've got a few either very basic ball heads or more sophisticated and heavier ball and geared heads. I would want fiction adjustment or something to stop it just flopping around when unclamped but it would be for general landscape and outdoor use. I might go as far as putting the 6D with a 180mm macro lens on it but other heads could handle that if needs be. I'm not fussed about having a named brand so if there is anything good from Amazon/China/etc. I'd be very interested.

Have a look at the Pig Iron range from Jack the Hat. They're not that small because of all the knobs but aren't too heavy and the medium-sized model will probably do the job for you.

Also take a look at Red Snapper I've had one of there heads for years fab quality and price
Not sure about now but you used to get a discount as a TP member and a superb service
