I thought I had decided on a lowepro slingshot, but now iam not so sure. Does anyone, or has anyone used either the slingshot or flipside?

I have the slingshot 200 and find it very good, with 3 lenses, 350d body, speedlite 430 spare batteries and all the other bits and bats you tend to carry its comfortable and easy to access only having to take it off when changing lenses

and to confuse you even more, I'd recommend a Fastpack :D

I think its got to be the slingshot 200

another vote for the slingshot 200AW.

In mine, I can fit the following:

50D
100-400 IS L
204-105 IS L
Nifty
10-20mm Sigma
3x extension tubes
430EX2 Speedlite
filters, batteries and cards
netbook and charger
Gorillapod SLR Zoom tucked into the loop on the side.

It's snug, but it fits!

I thought about this long and hard, and in the end I went for a zoom toploader, and an ordinary rucksack to put all my other kit in (each in its own protective case of course)

That way no one knows I'm carrying loads of expensive gear, and I can wear the toploader bandolier-stylee and whip the camera out in a few seconds when I need it :)

i have the flipside 300. I dont have to put it down to change a lens or grab something. The rear access means i know my gear is safe when in crowded areas.

It doesnt really look like a camera bag and really only the lowepro badge will give it away if not carrying a tripod aswell.

Do you think it would fit a 13'' laptop in it?

A fastpack 250 holds a 15" Laptop in a hidden compartment.

Ok cheers, would like to know if the slingshot 200 does. I doubt it ***
