SLIK tripods?

still thinking about a SLIK tripod... the

what are peoples thoughts on SLIK tripods in general... Any thoughts, recomendations, grumbles etc etc...

Im buying this mainly for travel... as have a heavier one for normal use.

My Slik 35d has to be at least 20 years old and is still in perfect condition, i think it shows just how well they are made.

I've got a Slik 613 Pro CF, it's very well made and I have nothing bad to say about it as a small light travel tripod

I have the pro 700dx and it's big strong and strudy. Excellent value I think

very happy with it so far, but I've only got a cheap POS that I had before to compare with! lol

Feels well made anyway, and the head is nice and smooth in operation!
