slightly milky negs?

Just devved a roll of Acros and the negs have come out a bit milky. Could this be due to them being a bit under devved? The developer is a couple of months old now, does this matter. I use Ilfotech lc29 diluted 19-1.

I'd say it needs more fixing.

Milky means they need more fixing, just plonk them back in until they clear.
