Sld files

Just backed up my partners s4 with kies but her contacts are in a sld file any help would be appreciated on converting them to transfer them to her new phone on Tues (s6 )

Are the contacts not synced to Gmail?

Normally I just sync to Gmail. When you get a new phone and login with the same account it should download the contacts to the new phone.

Not getting it delivered until tues so will try then thank you everyone for your help

In the past when i've transferred things over between Samsungs its just a case of backing up the S4 in Kies and restoring it on the S6 and the contacts etc should transfer over as Lennard said I can't remember off hand about photos etc though
