slate this ebay kit for me please

okey dokey, i bought 2 of these lights & each one lasted about 3 months of reasonable use before they died. They just wouldn't flash any more via trigger or test button.

Funny ,i got a set and no probs yet. Not for pro use though.
 
I want something for portrait work at home and on the hoof, doesn't need to be fancy-Dan (I love the look and features of the Lencarta stuff) but does need to be cost effective (read as cheap).
I have a 430ex on the hot shoe so I guess the options would be to get something unbranded but similar from FiTP and soft boxes/stands/wireless triggers??
 
I bought a very similar looking kit from stableimaging (a 3x180W head set for £199)

at that price I was not looking for pro-kit I can tell you.

I have had it nearly two years now and done 4 paid events and two studio modelling shoots with it and it hasn't let me down once. I will use it till it breaks no doubt and then trade up for some pro-kit.

entry level - fine - I have had some superb images off it and I have sold enough prints from the paid events to more than pay for it.
