10 minutes googling hasnt provided me with an answer so i thought i'd ask the experts.

can you trigger more than one flash with 1 skyport receiver?
im assuming theres a 2 way dongle/adapter you can get which would split the signal and all multiples to fire?

Well it has a normal sync port out so yes you could split it. I just use optical slave mode on the other flashes...

No experience with Skyports, however when I only had two Pocket Wizards I used a headphone splitter plugged into one PW with a cable to two flashes and it worked fine.

You can do the same with Skyports, I use them, and I've done this, but you need to use a mono splitter not a stereo one (regardless of whether it's skyports or Pocket wizards tbh)

I have three studio flashes and trigger them with one receiver, they are the sort that set each other off, I do the same with Speedlight - use one as master with receiver attached and the other as slave if I am using those.

No idea about splitters etc.

thanks all, ill have a look at mono splitters and just using the others as slaves.
