Can anyone do me a really, really huge favour. Mr Kelack in his infinite wisdom has cancelled Sky Sports from our package as we don't really watch it that much any more. Well, on Sunday, the London Irish game is being televised and our rugby club is forming the guard of honour as the players come out on the pitch and there's about 100 of us going in our club colours. This is where one of you comes in. :help:

Can anyone tape it for us, please pretty please. I will send cookies, home made chocolates, money for P&P, whatever :love::love::love::love:

And so I've just found out, you have to have a Sky Sports subscription to get it. And you can't record from SkyPlayer either.
 
I'd record it for you, but I've no means to get it off the Sky+ box unfortunately.

Will none of the torrent sites have the match to download after it's been played - have you tried a ** forum???

I could tape you the RL World Club Challenge for you though... ;)
 
I don't do torrent sites, far too many nasties out there and not strictly legal as Sky will have all rights reserved???
 
True, but surely anybody copying a game from Sky+ for you is illegally doing so too??

Could you not contact the club and ask them for a DVD of the game or summat??
 
Hmmmm, I see what you mean. But it's like my Dad could Sky+ it for me and copy it to DVD and lend it to me to watch, no? (He can't as he hasn't a DVD recorder, but hypothetically speaking)

Oooo - it's such a grey area isn't it.
