Sky + like radios?? Pls Advise ;)

My dad wants one of those radios that are a bit like sky + - you can pause live radio, record it and rewind. I heard about these a while back but can't figure out where to look for and the prices. As I'm not interested in radios, I haven't any idea where to look! Can anyone advise me please?

I recently bought a Roberts radio with this feature, it's called "Pause/Plus". On my model, it only records up to 35 minutes but this may vary from radio to radio. The idea is as soon as you press the pause/plus button, the sound mutes. To continue, you press the same button again and the radio will play from where you left off. It will indicate the delay time as well, so you can in effect 'fast-forward' or 'rewind' as you please.

It depends on your budget. There are DAB digital radios on e-bay, but if you prefer a high street retailer, then Currys and Comet (where I bought mine) both stock a range of models from various manufacturers. I don't know what other makes offer the 'pause/plus' feature, but many of the Roberts models have this. Prices can range from about £40 up to £200.
