Quite often when I go out walking I find a likely spot to sit and wait for some wildlife to appear but especially at this time of year there's nowhere to sit without getting a wet bum so I'm going to get one of these,

plenty of room for flask and sarnies and other accoutrements.

A usefull tip I picked up way back from an SBS mate was to wear the speedo type bathing briefs under your trousers when out shooting, they dry in minutes from your body heat and feel a lot better even when wet than normal underwear.

That's all very well but where do I put me flask and sarnies, I wouldn't want to frighten any ladies by putting them down me trousers

I used to use one of these for fishing as a Lad, quite simply for long periods of time it won't be the most comfy however for just the odd 10 minutes here or there it will be a great thing to have.

I agree about the lack of comfort.

I looked long & hard for a small light stool that i could carry with me. I tried tripod stools (although not the well thought of Walkstool) & the smaller fishing types. The only ones that were comfy were these.

They're cheap enough but I gave the idea up because of the weight/bulk.

I'm sure click elite do a camera bag with that sort of stool built in...

plastics bag, nice and light, easy to carry no wet bum...jobs a good un and yes you can carry your sarnies and flask in it to boot
