Site update, thoughts please...

The very first thing i notice is the home page does not tell me where you are or how to contact you. People are lazy and want the basics on the first page. I also cant see a phone number on the site. The site does not really tell us what you do. Even the about section. You may think this is obvious but people are stupid.

beautiful, stylish work! The site shows off your work very well, if a showcase is all you want. What options do I have if I want to send my wife to you to work your magic? How do I know where you are. I'm detecting that you may be more 'modest artist' than 'shameless self publicist' but a more info about you and ho you do what you do might help potential clients a lot!
 
Shouldn't you have www.thefullframe.co.uk as the homepage, rather than www.thefullframe.co.uk/blog? As it is now, when you click on 'Blog' in the menu it goes to www.thefullframe.co.uk/blog/blog

Most of the model shots against the background have some bad zigzagging/aliasing around the skin edges, don't know if this is a side-effect of the site resizing them or what but it doesn't look too good - second to last is probably the worst example.

Thanks John, the site is there for now, i'll move it over for search engines and as the main one when i'm done fixing this, not that its much better at the moment than the current "live" one!

Not too fussed about IQ at the moment as i just want to get look and feel right, can fix the compression/IQ stuff when its done.
 
Nice looking images but if I were a potential customer I think I would be sat here scratching my head trying to work out what it is you offer.

It looks like you have a thing for shooting lips and models but who are you target clients and what are you offering them ?
 
Lovely images - but if this website is your shop window it needs SEO start to finish, no-one will find it, and even if they're led to it, they won't 'get it'.

Love the term 'couture portraiture' which really makes you want to click and have a look.
Navigation needs re-odering from the alpha current order to Beauty-Couture-About-Contact-Blog to conform to web standards for navigation

Yes, as per the above, I would have no clue that the site exists for a commercial venture, it's just a gallery

Meant to say too....
The reflections work well and add a good depth. Scroll is nice and smooth. The back gorund works wells with the very colourful Beauty images

I like the slideshow, almost like a flat carousel. What one is it?
