Right was going through some of my dads old SLR stuff and i kept his semi-fish eye lens.

Its a sirius 0.42x semi-fisheye lens and a macro attachment. Just wondering what i would need to attach it to the 400D? I had a quick google search and didnt find much out.

Help much needed

Thanks

Matt

There's one up on Fleabay just now, if it doesn't screw straight on to one of your lenses' filter threads then all you would need is a stepper ring

I have the lens just not sure how to attach it to the camera. Do i attach it to another lens like my nifty fifty or do i just put it on the camera. What do i need to fit it what sort of attachment.

It screws onto the front filter threads of another lens. As I said above, if it doesn't fit you need a something like thisto allow it to fit onto your lens.

Oh right thanks, sorry i didnt understand what you meant.

Thanks

Just had a look and it doesnt fit on any of my lens's so ill need to buy an attachment.

Got one question though, there is a macro attachment if i take that off there is only an internal screw ring (if that makes sense) So is there a mount that will screw on to this and then all me to screw on to another lens?

Thanks
