I know this is a rather strange request, but I need to get hold of some single use disposable cameras for my Geography dissertation research. Basically I'm getting people from different social groups to take a few photos of what Cornwall means to them and I obviously won't be letting them borrow my prized piece of kit in order to do so!!

So I need some single use cameras. Is there anything that distinguishes the more expensive ones from the dirt cheap ones? Or are they all about as crap as eachother?! It's been a while since I used a film camera

I sent out a load for a Uni project of mine - I spent ages trying to find ones with either 100 or 200 ISO and then opted for the cheapest ones at Jessops - just remember to write and stick on a note reminding them to use flash if needs be.....! Good Luck!

I would have thought that the biggest difference would be the film that's in them. Although, I'd be really surprised if the difference in the quality of the end pics was anywhere near as big as the difference in the price. :)

If these are going to non-camera users, would perhaps a higher iso than 200 produce a lot less blurry shots?

at recent weddings
1 sis-in-law used jessops these came out ok
1 sis-in-law used a mail-order set, they all came out kinda dark and grainy

Yeah but it's then an issue of grain and I don't like grainy colour prints - pros an cons but I'd suggest going with Jessops
