Well it was ordered Monday, dispatched yesterday and arrived today. Big thumbs up from me!

I cannot give you exact times but you should know that they are based in Hong Kong so their delivery times are not short.

They took a month to deliver to me. I wasn't in a rush for the order though so was quite happy to wait. It was meant to be 5-7 day delivery though.
 
If they think I'm waiting a month without demanding a refund they can go whistle.

Had to get my money back through the CC company.

I've searched on google and there's very mixed reviews on most sites. Some people say to totally avoid them, others say they had no problems.
I've just got off the phone to SE for an update on delivery time, and the woman I spoke to said it'd been dispatched and should arrive tomorrow, which is roughly what the initial email said but I never received anything saying it'd actually been sent.
Got the woman's name and other info, so fingers crossed.
 
From order to delivery was 4 working days (and it was ordered after 5pm Monday). Happy customer.

Me too. I dealt with them once. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.
 
Only used once, never again. Funds eventually recovered from my credit card company. I guess if it's genuinely in stock then you get lucky.
 
I guess I was very lucky then, but I'm really happy with their service.
 
I've used them for a 16g sandisk and some lens wipes came in 3 days good service
