Yes
We need a simple wireless door bell, ideally one that will withstand rain, as I live in this country.
We've had several different ones over the years, and all have failed due to the push button corroding.
It would be quite nice to have 2 receivers. I don't care about a million tones, don't want video or anything else, just a simple door bell.

Any suggestions please ?

Can't remember the specifics one but loads on amazon with good reviews. Worked well till I went down the Ring route

Yeah, I've just spent an hour looking at them all, and so many seem to have the same fault - the bell push fails.
We are in rainy Cornwall and our door seems to face every drop of rain...
It seems that Ring only do video bells, but are their bell push's ok from your experience ?
Oh, and thanks!

I wonder if you need to go down the route of a more 'industrial' type that is rated for outdoor usage....

Ooops! Just realised that you said wireless :(

Ours is wireless, had it for years without any issues and it faces West so takes the full brunt of Glasgow wind and rain. Came with two receivers, so we've got one in the front hall and one in the kitchen, which we can hear when at the bottom of the garden - very handy. I'll find out the make later today if you want. I think it was a B&Q purchase, so quite surprising that it's lasted so well! lol

I did wonder about something like you've linked to, but my wife gave me that look that said all it needed to.,..

I'd be grateful, thanks!
I bought this one in 2018 and it still going strong

Comes with two receivers one of which is in my dining room a few metres from the door, the other is in the garage at the back of the house.

The button is under cover so doesn't usually get very wet so can't comment on the how long it will last. It has been blasted with a hosepipe occasionally and not caused any issues.
That is one I've been looking at. I'm wondering if I might need to build a little porch over the bell push.
We are having a new front door fitted in a few days so whatever solution I go for will need to look fairly decent.
Maybe I'll just need to keep trying various ones until I get lucky.
This one is currently in my basket in part as it uses CR2032 batteries which last fairly well, meaning less chance of weatherproofing seals getting damaged.

Thanks for the help!

Didnt have. a problem, faultless. No porch but it never seemed to get too wet.

Ring is great - advantage is I can see from my lounge or bed who is at the door and decide if I need to answer it

We have what looks to be the identical model only branded as “Voxon” which we got two years ago. The bell push is in a very exposed position on the wall outside our front gate and so far we’ve had no issues.

I have almost exactly the same one - works fine. I'd probably have bought that one if I needed 2 ringers.

Bell push is slightly sheltered but it's worked well for > 3 years. Well worth a tenner or so.

Had that one at my old house it coped with all the weather could throw at it so well we bought the same but with just one receiver for the new house when we moved last year and it's been just as good.

Looks fine but the tecknet one is rated ip65 whereas that one is ip55.

IP55: Ideal for indoor areas or outdoor spots with limited exposure to water. IP65: The go-to for harsher environments where dust and water jets are concerned.

That's very helpful, thank you!

We got one recently from Argos, cheap and cheerful, slight smear of Vaseline on the seal when fitting the outer cover to help water repelling.
