Simple Pleasures

Yes, it has been! I had to edit the post and the "offensive" word came up without the necessary so I had to re-enter the extras.

Now, with Marmite and peanut butter, does one spread the toast with Marmite then add the peanut butter on top or does one smother the toast with PB then smear that with Marmite?

Oops! I meant to quote Chris's post about his quote of my post being swearied - must have not clicked the right button!

I've just had ureteroscopy-with-laser-lithotripsy

So being able to pee without passing out brightens up my day..

too much info

I didn't but know enough Greek and Latin to know that that involved a camera up the "eye" and a stone being blasted with a laser!

BTW, long may the pain free peeing continue!

Well I guess it very much depends on the ease at which you want to create your snack.
If its crunchy / lumpy peanut butter, I would suggest the marmite goes on first.
If its the smooth kind, I guess it really doesn't matter

All tastes the same anyway on the way back up. :puke::puke::puke:

Why do I get the feeling that we're going to be force fed Bovril sandwiches next weekend!

Ahhh, The Force is strong with this one........

After having stumbled across Matthew's train of thought, I've had to clean my monitor again and replace the keyboard - well, I had a mouthful of tea at the time.

My simple pleasures in life is feeling the purr of a contented kitten and getting into bed when the sheets has been freshly washed and tumble dried only hours earlier.

Ah! Pre semi-digested and made smooth to make it easier to spread on Ryvita!!!

Force? No force required to eat Bovril sarnies here - just add a slice of smoked Cheddar to mine please.

Disgusting and wise in one post

Wisegusting?

Most people put false beards on to disguise themselves, I would have to shave mine off! (Not sure that's a good idea - I won't look like my passport photo in 4 weeks!)

Simple pleasures for me just a nice walk, working loads of extra shifts at the moment as my contract finishes in a few months and I am having a few months off as a reward, managed a few hours the other day with the wife and found a quite path surrounded by trees and bushes with a robin on every branch singing its heart out, that was pretty relaxing :-)

Simple pleasures... Hmm, probably soft things like the excitement in my sons eyes when he's woken up to find me home when I was at work when he fell asleep.
