Simple Frame Photoshop Action

Hello everybody, I wanted to ask someone whether they have an action in photoshop, which creates, nice, simple borders around images. I am not after these fancy ones which you can find on ATN central, I am more for a simple white or black border, maybe with a single line of black/white across it.

Frames and borders like that, is what I am after (or similar of course):

It would be great, whether it was a set of actions with options like colour, drop shadow, inner shadow etc.

Its quite simple to do yourself in PS

Go to image then canvas size
change the value to Pixels and put in a size of around 10 in both width and height

change the colour to white at bottom.(or another colour)

you can also use any colour you like by simple clicking the colour box and moving back to your image there will be a little dropper, click the dropper any where on the image for which colour you would like the frame to be.

once you get the hang of this just goto record action name it Black&White Frame and record the steps above.

You can do this many times and you have all the frames pre recorded ready to use.

I hope this makes sense...as not looking at PS when writing this lol

Yeah, it does make sense. I did think about making it myself, and I will probably end up doing that actually. I was just hoping that someone has already done one, and they could share it.

Just being lazy, thats all.

Of course, if it turns out that noone has made one or found on on the tinternet, then I will just make my own!
