Recent experience with SIM2000, its a new supplier for me and from what i have found will continue to deal with them.

Order a signing board fro a christening i am due to do in mid June. The packaging wasnt the best and suspect was abused abit by the delivery company.

Anyway i explained that the product was damaged and marked and not suitable to provide to the client. they asked for photo's which i supplied and got an email this morning stating a new one is being created ASAP.

Its taken less than 2 working days from issue raised and confirmation of a new one being sent. I had no hassle at all. I think this is a new product for them and maybe they just need to refine their packaging. I have also had books off them which i really like the quality off and proved to be a success with other clients.

Is this the first time you have dealt with a company like this?

If not, how do you compare them to others?

I've been looking for decent suppliers, obviously Sim was on the list......

not the first time, i have dealt with others with poor turnaround times, missing products, some responces are laughable.
Sim2000 doesnt deal with the public so generally they understand the products are not gonig straight to the end user.
