Silverstone F1 GP

I am going to Silverstone for the 3 days this weekend and recently purchased a nikon D60 with standard lens and today got a Nikon 70-300 vr lens
As i have only just got my camera how should i set it up for the best shots ie settings on the body and lens, any would be much appreciated

continuous focus
start around 1/320 and play.

not to mention double fencing.. distance from track in areas...

Best of luck seriously, remember not to go under the shutter speed limit unless panning.
(300mm so no lower than 1/300 etc)

There are loads of threads like this, the summary would be to go, have fun and maybe take some crowd shots. Silverstone isn't the best place to shoot, even when it's quiet and you have media accreditation!
