Sigma update problems

Following on a post from another forum ,has anyone had problems with there lenses after the latest sigma firmware update , not done mine yet but a friend using Nikon claims a improvement while canon users are complaining of problems ?..?

Just for reference:

Sigma 150-600 C

Suffers from the following:

"Moderate View Mode" - Little to no OS simulated in the viewfinder.
"Dynamic View Mode" - Same as above.

C1 set to Dynamic View Mode and Fast Focusing the image in the viewfinder jumps upwards after the shutter button is released.

Currently using Default settings with no C1 or C2 assigned features.

The one thing I can’t quite get my head around Martin , I had 3 years + with the sport lens and now 3 months with the C usually setting my C2 to fast focus or accurate focus , dynamic I.s and I can’t recall seeing the image jump around or even know that’s it’s working visually , this suggests to me that’s there’s possibly a fault with your lens . My sport was on various crop and full fram canons , the C on Nikon 2 bodies so far

It's possible this is more connected to canon cameras..

Will update once my mate gets back from holiday and I do mine Martin .. but the response on here or lack of it does look like it’s a isolated instance
