Hi I'm after a bit of advice. I've just bought a sigma 135-400mm f4.5-5.6 apo dg lens and its seems to be manual focus with my nikon d3000 but I've been told that with some other cameras its auto focus. Does anyone know. Thanks

Some of the older Sigma's, 24-70/70-200 etc do not work with Nikon's D7000 and the newer bodies. Kindly read up before investing in lenses!

D7000 has a inbuilt motor, so older sigmas will work, for autofocus at least. Kindly read up before giving false info ;)

Considering that you picked the two focal lengths that Sigma have probably produced the greatest number of variations in, you might want to be a bit more specific about model versions before chipping off.

Try putting your point across more clearly!
