Does anyone have any experience of this lens? It is available for way less than most other fast standard zooms, is this because it's in some way inferior? I don't need the extra reach of the 24-70mm as I have the 70-200mm, and I've seen this for as little as £120 new and delivered :0

The website is the catch. Bottom of the page - "Demo Store", it's just a mocked up thing. The terms & conditions pages are written in terrible English. There's no obvious addresses. The banner has things advertised in USD, but offers the product pages for you in GBP?
 
Price is probably about right but sure cant the supplier. I picked a used lens up for £110 delivered if i remember a couple of years ago. Check my 'pole fitness' thread in g&n for some sample pics.
 
Get yourself a good sharp copy of the Sigma 24-60mm and its an excellent value lens that can be ~compared in IQ to the Canon 24-70mm - see this post for some comparison shots at F/2.8 - from post 21 onwards
 
I had this lens and it was extremely sharp. Wish I hadn't sold it now, it was my favourite lens.

I had the lens for a while. I liked it alot, found the actual IQ of images shot to be close to my 28-70L. The focussing I found to be a touch slower than the 28-70mm but for the price (think I paid £210 new) its a good all rounder!

Also stay away from 24-70 sigma ex dg unless you want lots of soft haze.
