Been a few threads about this lens lately so just thought I'd let people know DigitalRev are selling them for £279 which is a handy £70 cheaper than the UK price

Mine is on order!!
 
awesome lens, i have it in the pentax fit....
 
I have one too. When I first got it, I took pics of everything whilst I marvelled at what you can get in frame. Now, I use it much less often...

That's a consideration for some I agree, it's a crazy system when they are made in the same factory and effectively put in different crates destined for different parts of the world.

Not me though, if it breaks it breaks, I never bother with warranty periods if I'm making a handy saving when buying new

If they were arsey about repairing it, it would be the last business they get from me on their gear

I'll probably move to full frame in the next couple of years so if it lasts that long that'll do me nicely, I've already had some great shots with it :thumbs:
