Sicko videos....why

This was also on facebook for a while until it got pulled, good job too.

Bit like when I got emailed the guy in iraq getting is head sawn off, totally horrific.
 
I used to regularly watch some VERY disturbing stuff on a site which shall remain name-less.
I'm pretty strong, luckily, as there's some stuff on there that could seriously screw you up.

I was genuinely interested in some of the stuff I saw on the name-less site.

It was a very interesting site, and although there was some terribly tragic stuff, it's just all real. This stuff happens for real, and although we don't think about this kind of stuff, it happens.

Thanks (or no thanks) to the internet and other video recording technology, it's there for the viewing.

Although I drew the line at the be-heading vids.
I got a few seconds into one once and that started to mess me up. I felt very sick and dizzy, and realized that it was very wrong to watch this, so it went off. Terribly, terribly disturbing :'(
 
The best thing about (removed) was looking at videos of people watching (removed). Some of the reactions were hilarious but I did question why one guy decided to film his grandmother's reaction to watching that video. :lol:

OK I'm closing this for now.

I am raising this for discussion in the Staff Room whether this thread stays or goes
 
The thread has now been cleaned but will remain closed. It has run it's course and nothing constructive will come of reopening it.
