shutter actuations CS5

I know this subject has been covered but i am still unsure if any links given are acurate, such as Opanda iexif 2.3.

Is it possible to check the shutter actuations with CS5 ?, as i understand it can be read from a jpg, but i can't find anything in CS5.
I am thinking of selling my D300 and of course i will be asked for the shutter actuations so want it to be 100% correct.
