Shudehill Interchange help

I've got to pick my daughter up from Shudehill Interchange Manchester on Tuesday,I did a test run just to find it earlier in the week,no problems until i was outside the interchange,i could see the NCP multi-storie car park next to it but cars sitting on my back bumper and then a Tram roaring past i did'nt see were i can enter the carpark,I would be so very grateful if anyone familier with the area could advice.

If you're heading in from the Rochdale Rd/Miller St junction, the entrance to the car park is right at the first set of lights you come to on Shudehill.
 
The car park entrance / exit is on Hanover Street.

If you come onto Shudehill next to the Crowne Plaza (so the bus station / car park would have been on your right hand side as you past it), then it is just after the first set of lights, they have a filter on them, so getting through them is easy.

Thank you so much,looking at my sat-nav its a wonder i even found Manchester never mind Shudehill Interchange,i've now set TT to Hanover street M4,I take it even i can't miss the entrance once on Hanover,I've been worried since my visit but feeling a bit better now:).

You really can't miss the entrance of the car park - the street narrows and it has a couple of no entry signs just past the car park!
