Showcaves of Wales camera setting guidance please

My daughter is home temporarily from Australia in the week with her other half and I am taking them to visit the Dan yr Ogof Caves next weekend. Hoping to get some good shots. A good few years since I have been to them and wasn't into photography then. i am sure we are all going to have a good day and wander who will come out with the best shots.;)
Hence I am after a bit of guidance of what camera settings to use., and hoping that some of you here will able to help.

I use a Canon 70D and have a variety of lenses across all settings.
 
It's a while since I've been to Dan yr Ogof too. It would be the perfect thing for a wet Bank Holiday!

First thing to note is that they don't allow tripods in the caves, for obvious reasons. And the really impressive views in the caves are too big to light with a flash. So you'll need to use whatever light is available, and that means a fast aperture and/or high ISO.

The artificial lighting isn't uniform inside the caves, so metering the exposures can be tricky. The usual techniques for difficult lighting apply - spot metering, bracketing and/or chimping as required.
 
My tip.
In National trust properties the use of flash is not allowed and they do not take kindly to tripods.
Get a monopod and walk in with as a walking stick/pole , most people don't know the difference.
High ISO and IS should do the job
