Show us yer "Hooley'd" film shots then!

Edit out the mark across the top of the tower and you could flog that last one to the London tourist board. But the judges seem to have given up - where are our Hooley ratings? Is the plan to get a new word into the OED?

That's a really cool shot, even if unintended!

Had a light leak in one of my 'blad backs, so I'll have a shot to share in this thread soon enough!

Last 5 or 6 of roll all had this...by sprocket marks looks like film was in contact with itself, but didn't appear to be when I opened tank.

No idea what all those marks are in top left....was last shot on roll and only one affected.

Is it worse when you make mistakes but don't know how or why. So I'm going to carry on doing the same thing, but hope for different results.... hmmm...wasn't that Einstein's definition of insanity?

I saw how many rolls of 120 you packed into your camera bag, I think it'll be you needing the ratings pal... ;) :D

I've shot through 6 rolls in 5 days, of course there are going to be 35-40 borked shots ;)

Least ill only have 4 rolls to mangle in the devving as Peak will have the last two :D

lol....yes they do look like dust bunnies.

People say Leicas were ahead of their time....but that's ridiculous :)

what happens when your hands get sweaty inside the changing bag. B&W thankfully so not as bank breaking as it could of been with colour.

haha...I feel your pain.

I developed a film last night, and with temperatures so high, the changing bag turned into a mini sauna....just one drop of moisture and I really struggle to get the film into the spool.
 
I'm having real trouble with reciprocity! Just pulled an almost completely black frame from the soup after exposing the single shot I can get out my coffee can pin hole.
 
Opening the film door before rewinding and going oh sh*t I think it deserves 1 6.5 !

 
Satisfied with with my evenings efforts, I put a bit too much effort sliding the dark slide back into place only to push the film holder out the other side of the camera.

Accidently hit the multiple exposure toggle on the Rolliecord last November.

The resulting doule exposure, which was a complete accident, seemed somehow appriopraite for today and tommorow

Tragically I've just pulled a whole roll of Hooley'd shots. So Hooley'd in fact that it'll be hard to scan them to upload them, alas I shall persevere for your amusement at my expense :thumbs:
 
One from that roll, so thin were the negs that epsonscan couldn't see the edges of the frame to crop them properly. @PMN shortly after Hooley'ing his RB67 and cracking a paving slab.
PanF rated at god know what ISO, devved in Rodinal 1:100
I'd give this a 7?

Did you know...you can still take photos with a mechanical camera even if you´re taking the battery for the light meter out...especially if you forget that you wound the film on, because you´re too busy concentrating on playing with the other mechanical camera that just arrived.
Any who, this is the right way up...

:DThe foot is my partners, and her kicked off purple slippers are just up...across...whatever...from the foot. Definitely a dog tail, with the white splodge being one of her paws grizzly bear.
The grey is my leg :eek: I'm in a photo! The logs in front of the fire are positioned in a "I'll sort these out when I can be bothered" arrangement. Too busy thinking "must remove battery and play with other camer..*click*...whoops..."
 
Sooooo Hooley'd, I have nothing to post.
I usually use ilfosol S, its been discontinued and I've started using ilfosol 3.
Anyway, I just souped some acros that came out so thin it was only fit for the bin, I forget what colour ilfosol 3 is when its fresh but ilfosol S is a very pale yellow/green, this was dark orange like old Rodinal.
I knew there was something wrong when so much colour came out with the fixer, these were shot on my Mam 6, and there's no way they were under exposed because it just doesn't happen.
I used ilfosol 3 last at the arse end of August, and it was fine.
So, the moral of this story is, if you use ilfosol 3....don't use it if its dark orange.....its paggered.:mad:

Developed three 35mm films in a 5 film patterson tank, with 1 liter of chems.

The top spiral ( with this film attached) looks like it has shifted during the process out of the chems and left me with some lovely streaks running from the sprocket holes and some very uneven development.................on all 36 frames :( :sulk:

Schoolboy error really and a case of "do as I say not as I do", given that I've helped other people by offering suggestions to avoid this result happening................ I didn't put any of those suggestions into practice did I :bang:
 
Now if you'd have just thought for a minute you could have posted this in the show us yer film thread a spectacular UFO landing!!:D
