Show us yer film shots then!

Curiously, despite being shot with the same camera and lens (at a similar long focal length), on the same roll of film, developed and scanned in the same way, this image shows far less grain than the paragliders picture I shared recently, even though the subjects are quite similar.

It was a much brighter day when I shot the paragliders picture, but that's the only real difference I can think of. I suspect it may be the scanner & software that is causing shenanigans for some reason.

Another (rather grainy) OM1 image from Totnes in 1993...

That's pretty exciting, @Mr Perceptive ! My little bit of searching tells me that Auto Electro thingy is a combined meter and shutter, built into the lens, something I'd certainly never heard of. Seems to have a good reputation, so we'd love to see some results from it.

RE: Fuji GM670:- OK, this could get a little spammy :ROFLMAO: I've put 4 rolls through it so far (two mono/two colour), the mono's were on a Liverpool Architecture Festival Photowalk (in Runcorn) and I wasn't feeling it that day, but the colour was at The Kelsall Steam Festival - and quite frankly I'm staggered by this camera - I expected it to be good (having previously owned a GSW690III, but I didn't expect the results that I got. These are all shot on Kodak Gold 200, vitually all shot wide open (and a nod to @LeeRatters with some of the subject matter)
