(Have I got some sort of bromide drag/deficit effect going on here round the pump sails?)

Amsterdam 1979 - film - negative just found and copied using the Nikon ES-2, attached to Nikon DSLR and 60mm Nikon lens, then processed in LR to B & W

(nothing seemed that sharp in those days versus modern digital!!)

An Agfa ISO rapid C camera came my way from the bay. It is a P&S camera of around 1964. It cost less than the postage.
It works well. I loaded up a length of 35mm film into its "rapid" cartridge and tried it out.
Only messing about outside in a patch of sunshine, between overcast skies and rain.

I think you are getting the hang of it. It does take a while for me to see in square format when I (infrequently) take the Rollei out for walkies despite been a regular Bronica SQ user back in the mists of time.

The first shot I esp like (fishyfish) and you'll need Photoshop with cloud to get rid of the car, but then it was interesting imagining reversing the car out on a dark night..well if the road doesn't continue.

After a trawl though my film images, I found a few that I had worked on for a film comp here. I enjoyed the challenge of the "double exposure" theme, once that I had thought up an idea for an image of a moon rising in the sky.
I set up on my dining room table with a dark table cloth and more than one black coat to mask off the table and background. On the table, I set up a melon on a small glass. Test shots/film showed that I might be able to make the melon look like a planet as seen from another planet.

This is the sort of result that I managed.

As I had hoped, the background/table/glass aren't seen. I shot around twenty frames, varying some parameters (because I didn't know what would work). The film was rewound...(I really hate that the Pentax MZ series wind the film header right back into the cassette).
The film was reloaded into the camera, and the search for a blue sky begun. The idea was to find a suitable sky and then guess the position of the moon in the frame to place it in dark sky (red filter fitted to darken the sky).

Only a few images were workable, (problems with developing too). This one nearly made it, only the bottom right of the moon appears through the cloud, spoiling the effect a little.

A similar image that worked a little better was entered in the comp. It didn't do very well. Perhaps some thought that it had been digitally manipulated.
It was a great exercise and good fun.

A few snaps of Fuji CN200 (made in USA) testing a 1986 vintage Canon Sureshot Tele.
A surprisingly good camera. The twin lenses mean you get an F2.8 40mm plus a longer 70mm when you want a change of perspective. The Contax T2 doesn't do that!
The Canon also has multi exposure, back-light compensation and a soft focus filter.
