Show us yer film shots then!

Very good set there Rob, I really like the first one.

I agree. Particularly like the first one.

Ah memories.... my dad used to have a Morgan three wheeler erm or was it or Jap or BSA and great fun when I was very young with the three of us crammed in.

Another from Spain in winter. Vivitar 35ES Acros 100.

A few from Dorzit on the Rolleiflex.

The light was a bit harsh in these two but the camera and film seem to have handled it quite well.

Wasn't sure about this one but its growing on me

And a cheeky test shot with the new Ross Ensign 820. It has the Ensar 105mm f4.5 lens, so not quite as top notch as the one with the Ross Xpress lens but very capable and pretty sharp.

@Bell

What sort of test are you doing on Delta 400 Matt ?
Been comparing it in similar lighting to what I have shot with HP5+ and tri-x.
Just trying to establish what look they all give when exposed, developed and scanned in my preferred workflow.

Delta 400 is great film, if grain is an issue, and it can be especially 35mm, Xtol really smooths out the lumps.
HP5 is always a bit grainy for me and Tri-x I don't use so I can't say anything about those.:)

I've been shooting TriX all year, except for the last and current roll being TMax400. I've got 3 rolls of Delta 400 and two of Delta 100 to try next. It'll be devved in Ilfosol 3, since that's all I've got!

Grain isn't an issue it doesnt bother me, I'm not printing more than 8x10 so doesn't get too intrusive.
I dev in ilfosol 3 at the moment but fully intend try some other chemicals at some point. Will make xtol my next purchase.

I think Peak use Xtol... results usually pretty darn nice.

I like it, but its not perfect

Its not a one shot you have to mix a batch
Stock only lasts 6 months in tight airless bottles
You can't tell when its off, its clear and doesn't change colour or give any indication its a duffer

Apart from that, its fine on FP4 and acros, but great on Delta 400

What a lovely place Benidorm is in winter.

Vivitar 35ES Acros 100.

Well done Simon for the pano...it seem just you and me do them. The hardest bit is getting the height with more shots as one problem is the subject might not look better with say more sky or foreground.

Thanks Brian.

I've only just started having a play with panos but I think I'm going to do more.

I'll try one with the Bronica next.

^^whs^^

I'm coming back as a cat ........in comparison to us humans, their lives are so uncomplicated and laid back!:D

... and any decent cat has staff!

Now then - how do I make an image I've uploaded to my account here appear in the thread? I've managed it before with images hosted externally but right now I seem to be stumped ...

I tried 'image / insert / url' but all that appeared was the link ...?

I think she's going to squash that banana too.
