The first image from my new 90mm, I was just testing a box of provia as I bought it cheap from ebay but I am really happy with this![]()

Okay - Haven't been shooting much recently, but I have been wading through a bunch of old photographs, and felt like sharing a few period pieces from my days as a bit of a hill-nutNot great art, and were never intended as so, but they mean a lot to me.
On the Petit Dru (I think?)

Oh - I like it in context - maybe for an available light band shoot in a dingy pub/bar, I'm not averse to grain the size of hailstones, but most of my film-shooting career was based around getting as little grain in the shot as possible, and it's just stayed with me.
Actually - how rude of me not to mention - I just love the shot with the elephant - was it in the Natural History Museum ?
Last time I visited London, I was 10 years old, on a primary school trip! Must have made a certain impression!
yep - 1973... Did the Science Museum in the morning (still remember seeing apollo 10 command module and thinking "thats been to SPACE :wow:") and the Natural History in the afternoon.
