It's Sir Chris! So that's what all the yellow tabarded cyclists were doing around central London today![]()
Its the angle of her and the board, they both face out of frame, it makes you want to know who or what she is addressing to the left.
Without being uber critical cos its a nice pic in its own right, the image isn't as strong as one that addresses the viewer/photographer or a 3rd party in frame..![]()
You clearly forgot to mention the woman beside him.
amazing !![]()
it would be cool to make pano from whole roll . although the computer would explode then
I was just thinking about it today.
perished in a tragic "Mad Ex Girlfriend / Failure to Change the Locks / Bonfire" incident. :annoyed:
I did something similar with a pair of photos I took at an Open Day at Reigate bus garage in 1982. I only owned a 50mm lens at the time.
Finally got to stitch them together properly using Photoshop 28 years later...![]()
I really like this, the comp works well as the bridge draws your eye into the image![]()
Here is one from this morning, I am in a bit of a bad mood as I just missed a box of portra going for £1 on ebay because I was to busy playing cod :bonk:
the 2nd pic - that was our coffee maker, came a time we drank coffee and we didn't have machine. now we're back to tea for good.
this is from my first developed roll, it happened to be the one I shot entirely home as snappies.
No major PP, in the last one just pulled the blues up.

minolta 7000i + helios 44-2 . the last pic is also a bokeh tester on film.

Andy
Starastin, That is a very beautiful photograph, it is just a shame that the right eye is out of the focus field, having said that I do love it.
CP, Beautiful colour and great detail and I love the platform in the distance with the passengers waiting in expectation.
Andy, I like this shot the best of yours, I like the open window effect of the shutters and for me of an arm stretching to open the window, also the detail of the man walking through the right side opening just below the flag, I love the detail of where it is, what time it is and the whole context it is set in with the small BG view and that wonderful sky.
Three great shots.![]()
yeah ! the eye looks ill because of that I guess !well, as I said it was just snap, snap pictures. the whole roll went in 30minutes I think, I never do that any more. I had to shoot wide open at F2 because of the lack of light
.
