Well I'm so unsteady, esp in stop start traffic, on my new motorcyle, I reckon I need thato_O . If I ever get stopped by the law for ridng on the pavement on my pushbike........my excuse is "I'm a danger to the traffic on the road.:D

Pity about the scratches….

First go at bulk loading…think the scratches are a mix of squeegee after developing and dust in the velvet light seals for the cassette - they don't run the whole length of the film so I don't think they are caused by the bulk loader.

This was one of the two images that were actually exposed (and I missed focus on the other) the other 11 were blank due to a camera malfunction.

i wanted to use up some 2010 dated Agfa APX 100 in my 'Gift' NIKON F75 so wandered around Brentwood and saw a 'Hirsute Gent' on St Thomas of Canterbury Churchyard so I asked him to 'Pose for a Portrait for Brentwood & District Photographic Club' and he was happy to oblige. So I tried several frames on the SUN - BAD IDEA ! Huge Shadow of his Cap and fill-in flash did not improve so moved him into the shade using AF NIKKOR 70-300mm f4.5-6 G lens and 'Aperture Priority' at f5.6 . I processed Fillum in RODINAL 1+50 for 15 mins @20oC

I am continually amazed at the image quality you get from such (and please don't take this as defamatory) a mediocre camera.
Excellent work, however you are doing it.

Thanks Tony.

I think the term mediocre does the camera a big disservice though. Limited spec might be a better way of describing it. It's a really well made piece of kit with a very nice lens.

It does have a limited amount of user control - effectively focus and that's it (although you can work with the aperture to some extent if you're willing to restict the shutter speed to 1/40sec), so there are certainly a lot of applications where it will be ill suited. Once you know the limitations though, it's just a matter of making pictures, for which it's emminently suited for doing a very good job of if you treat it nicely. :)

I fitted a 58mm POLARISER to the AF Nikkor 28-80mm f3.3-5.6 G lens on my Gift NIKON F65 loaded with some 04/2010 dated Fuji C200 found in fridge. That film is not as 'Fine-Grained' as Fuji 'Superia 200' I attach 4 results. the one of Lady In Car Park has the 'Glare' removed from the Tarmac and on the Pond ones no 'Shine' on the Water ----

Avoid using a film squeegee,
Look at the state of that.

The vertical streaks are absolutely caused by my film squeegee.
Do not use!

Brings back memories of the ferry to Fishbourne to visit my aunt in Ryde. The colours look good to me, nice and bright, I'm not noticing any casts on the iPad screen.
