I've spent what must be hours trawling through descriptions/reviews etc plus visiting shops to have a look at bags. I'll be carrying a 70d with 17-55 and hood in place. Would like space for a light jacket & water bottle. Possibly filters and spare battery. in the past I've had plenty of small camera "pouches" and a couple of backpack type bags. This time, I'm looking to go the shoulder/messenger bag style route. At present, my shortlist is a Think Tank Retrospective 10 and Tamrac Apache 6. One of the reasons for these bags & nothing smaller is that I could get the 70d & 17-55 in sideways if I wanted to. I've bought products from both companies before & been very happy. Just wondering if anyone with first hand experience of either bag has any thoughts which might help me with my decision. Also, I'd be really interested to know what it's really like walking around for a whole day with one of these shoulder style bags and around 2 kg of camera kit on board. Thanks in advance for any comments.
