Shoulder Bag - Canon EOS-1

Hi,

I need some help finding a good portable bag for my boyfriends Canon EOS-1.

He has a large rucksack that he carries all his equipment around in, camera, lens etc, and has mentioned that he wants an everyday bag to be able to take his camera out and just take snap shots around town, on holiday etc, without lugging a heavy bag around all the time

He has all the best equipment so I want something really top of the range, can anyone help please

Billingham are EXCELLENT bags.

Personally I use an everday shoulderbag I bought from a shop. I've used everyday bitsa nd bobs as dividers and it works fine.

I don't really like 'camera bag' shoulder camera bags - if you get what I mean.

They're swish, but I prefer Crumpler.

They are a bit more modern, come in a different choice of colour and shape. Ive got one that just about holds a 400d, lens and flashgun and I love it!

Problem with crumplers is they look camera-bagish & are MUCH smaller than they say.

[You'll never get a 1 series in a crumpler!! - I'll no doubt get proven wrong in a second...]

Lowepro Classified 160AW? On offer at Jessops for £49 atm and they are great for carrying a small range of equipment for everyday shooting and the camera and lenses can easily be taken out the bag whilst the bag is still on your shoulder.
