Was mine the one that prompted your thinking? Im afraid it's sold elsewhere...... although the battery grip is still for sale
It was to be honest.... but I'm now glad that I posted this thread as it's given me plenty of food for thought about what I should be considering when it comes to upgrading later on in the year.
For now though, my D3100 has still got a lot to teach me, I feel.
Will be interested to hear how you get on with your new D7000 though!
