Received a flickr email today:

I'm the owner of www.pato.pl/en/ website. Could you please allow me to use your photo on my website? You can obviously see what we do. Just go to our site: www.pato.pl/en/

If you agree to use your photo, I can put an information about owner of the photo on my website or link to your site etc. These photos montages can be used on sites like Facebook.com and that's why I'm asking you first for permission before I will use them.

If you don't know how our site works just go on photofunia.com - this is the same site like my, but in English language.

Your photo will be used in one of our photo effects and mix with user photo. Max resolution of our photo will be on 600 pixels. I hope you can help me.

Should I just go along with it. Doesn't seem like he is making money from the site (though he does have affiliate links on the home page).

Doesnt seem to be any benefit to you in letting him use it for nothing so why not say yes he can use it but for a fee?

Thanks, guys. Will turn down his offer.

It was nice of him to ask rather than just put it up on his site, but will email back to say no, will not give it for free.
