Short Videos

Hey guys im wanting to try and give small videos a shot like the example below which I found

I know she used a Canon camera with video feature o shoot this but im looking to buy a camcorder - £70-£120 to shoot these tyoes of videos + more

Any ideas of camcorders would be awesome, and also any advice if anyone has any of editing software.

Also, would you need a manual focus camcorder to make things out of focus, like in the video?

you just don't get the depth of field control on camcorders to do this kinda thing
