Slightly more obviouse...... the camera rifle mount. Been around since the '80's to my knowledge. Apparently popular with wild-life photographers; I recall a magazine article on some famouse Naturalist commenting on being arrested in Kenya for poaching, using one!

Or the perfect accessory for a Holiday in Afghanistan! Mount a Digi-Cam-Corder to your assault riffle!

Zenit photo sniper :-) awesome eastern bloc technology. I have one B-)

I've tried mounting a camcorder to a shotgun barrel, interesting results but it doesn't really work - recoil and barrel flip means that there's a massive jump just at the wrong moment:)

You know, in all the excitement of this thread I can't remember whether I fired three shots or twenty. But since this is the best sensor in the world and can blow ISO noise clean of the page, you have to ask yourself, do you fell lucky tog!

I'm the inventor and owner of the company that manufactures this stock.

I've used it for almost everything to include professional motor sports (I use long lenses and hate tripods)... I've gotten questioned, but nothing worse. I've even had customers shoot weddings with it! That struck me as... "different."

Wow I would not dare use anything like that on the streets, just imagine taking a photo of people using that set up.

BushHawk do one in hi-viz "blazer orange" just for safety reasons :)
