I'll try and clean up my Windows box and post that too, just to balance each side. I always customize both computers. Little hobby of mine.

Hit Ctrl and Print Screen together, go to Paint and then Ctrl V to paste into there, save as JPEG and then the usual....

it's a plugin called menu meters. lets you have cpu, mem, disk or network usage on the bar. i keep it there as it also shows up-time when clicked on and gives a shortcut to activity monitor.

i'm back on the pc now. i got rid of the fancy vista stuff and went back to xp. i couldn't handle half my vids not working and my ad-hoc wifi network for my lappy had to be redone after each restart, no good for me yet.
